Unable to log on to sage

Can any one help me sort out my problem with signing on, every time i try to load sage it says user already in use, unable to log you in at this time, i know you have to go into something and delete something but i cant remember how to do it. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

can you help with regards to how i can remove a user as it says i,m already logged, i know you have to go int queue data and remove something but cant remember how to do this how do i find queue data HELPPPPPPPPPPPP
