Please help.

Newly created customer in the workstation (wks1) cannot view in other workstation (wks2, wks3, wks4). We use Sage Line 50 V10 Financial Controller.

Please advice.

at the top right of the list ot will say (all records) click on the magnifying glass next to it to refresh the view/list, are they now showing?

if not possibly your 2 stations are looking at different sets of data,
look at the bottom right of the program for the Audit trail number, are they the same on both pc's? if not, theyre looking at different data sets.

Close and reopen customer list and see if it appears.
