Hi,

I restore SageBack up from a client, I log on my password and it give invalid password.
I contacted the client and give me his password & still invalid.

Any chance to find out what is wrong.

make sure your client is on the same version as you, backups will restore between versions but in some data sets it will not let you access the data, or even be compatible, it could also simply be damaged, or even a problem with permissions.

Could be you restored the wrong data set or they sent you the wrong set.

What is the date on the file?
