Hi
Two questions to this I suppose.
I have all products onto Sage however occasionally we will sell a job as a package, i.e 6 widgets & installation at £500 ,however when I produce a customer invoice I have to pick the six widgets so as stock adjusts correctly however I only wish to show on the invoice 1 line saying INSTALLATION OF 6 WIDGETS AS AGREED £500
If I override the price of the widgets to include installation this would skew the profitability on widgets as it includes the labour.
If I just have a line saying "INSTALLATION OF 6 WIDGETS AS AGREED £500" this will not pick the stock.
I really dont wish to show the materials on this type of sale.
Any ideas?

Re: How to do a overide install invoice?
My suggestion would be to modify the invoice layout so that you can put the items on the invoice but it not print the prices, just a total.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
