Please help!
I am trying to install a copy of sage line 50 to be stand alone on to a pc that had a network version installed on it previously. I've unintalled it and reinstalled the new sage but it keeps asking for the network path for the old sage it had. Any ideas please!

In essence you need to un-install the produce and delete the remaining directories containing the setting fro the previous installation
Prior to V13 this would typically be
C:\Program files\Sage
Post V13 typically they would be
C:\Program files\Sage
and
c:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Sage (Note Application Data is a hidden folder)
or
c:\ProgramData\Sage (Note Program Data is a hidden folder)
You should be able to reinstall with no problems.
If you are post V13 just deleting the entry not in program files might work without having to faff around un-installing.
