Hello
I am planning to start importing sales transactions directly into Sage from a CSV file.
I have looked at the relevant file structure in the help program but am puzzled by one thing
Although it has a field for ACC REF which validates I can see no field for SALES CODE.
There is a field for transaction details which is a text field 60 chars long, but it does not say that this field is validated.
So my question is - when doing this type of import is it possible to marry up an imported sales code with a pre-existing sales code which has already been set up
Many thanks

Re: Importing sales transactions
YES
If you import and existing code it will overwrite the existing details.
You need a 3rd party add on (£229) to import the invoices into the invoicing module.
With sage you can only import them into the Audit Trail, so no drill down, no emailing invoices, no edi..
