Waiting to open Queue.DTA, Setup.DTA

Hi,

Could someone help me out, i have sage installed on a windows 2000 server, when i try logging from the user substations.Sometimes it takes eternity to open, the message i see on the user bar is "waiting to open Sage/Sage Accounts//File/Queue.DTA, sometimes instead of Queue.DTA, it is Setup.DTA
This problem occurs during first time logging in and even after login access has been granted.

Could someone enlighten me on what is wrong with those files.

What version (Sage and os of clients)?
Is this a domain
Do users have full access rights?
