Problem printing despatch note in SOP

I am using sage v16 2010. I am doing a test in the demodata.

I am creating a quote converting to Sales order then allocating stock and going to despatch clicking no as I am wanting to print a delivery / despatch note. When I get that option it comes back giving me a layout to choose but when selecting that std layouts is is saying the report could not be generated not data returned for this report.

Any ideas?

Yes, that's what it does. Try it using "real" data (backup, test, restore) or set up a test company if your license permits.

OMG! I have been tearing my hair out for days trying to work out why the GDN doesn't print, and now I find out it just doesn't work on the Demo data!
Thanks very much for helping me out here. This is just another item to add to my list of why I hate Sage, grrr.
What's the point of Demo data if you can't do everything you would do on your live data?! We weren't creating SOPs in our live data as we didn't want to add unnecessary records to the live data.
ARRGHHHHHHH!!!
