Difficulty is that if you scramble the data Sage won't help unless your over version 11 although Bruce might be able to help, ask him.


where is this info from, sage assist in all version from 9 and above?

known issue. on certain data sets after upgrading, if using VAT cash accounting it hangs, it is fixed by restore a report backup from the website. a workaround is to backup, reconcile, then print it from the manage vat archive, then restore the backup. or just reconcile then print call sage for the ...

sounds like your using VAT cash accounting.
known issue after upgrading.
call sage support for the fix, they will help you regardless of cover on this.
