sound sliek corrupt country and currency files to me, call support.

reindex and compress, if fails, the remmitance files are corrupted and need replacing.

if you run check data from the pc that holds the data you will not get the issue. its a network issue.

have you ran check data? make sure you back up before trying any fixes, if the fixes fail or dont work, allways restore after. the data and the app are seperate, data will stay where it is, no matter what you do with the app..... possibly problem......( only if you know what your doing ) check the c...

possibly bucket corruption, go to financials, reports and run the transactional trial balance( the main trial balance gets its figures from somewhere else, very common after a YE for it to get confused), it should be the same as the main TB, if not run check data, if no errors you have bucket corrup...

click the write writing on the top right so it says all records. even if it says all, dbl click it to refresh. if still no joy, check the number on the bottom right matches in both pc's, if not theyre not the same data set.

more than likely an issue with microsoft.NET 2.0, sage supply a copy of .NET on the CD, u can remove it from control panel, and reinstall it from the Disc, you may of updated >net to a version not compatible with Sage

at the top right of the list ot will say (all records) click on the magnifying glass next to it to refresh the view/list, are they now showing? if not possibly your 2 stations are looking at different sets of data, look at the bottom right of the program for the Audit trail number, are they the same...

2007 has vista support as long as it is custom installed to by-pass the program files directory
