We have some outstanding invoices with a supplier, but only a few of the invoices are shown on the cashflow forecast? All the invoices are listed in the supplier account? The settings for all suppliers is the same, so I can't see why it won't show these few invoices??? Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks.

When we prepare our cashflow we often add manual entries for non-regular payments or HMRC payments, but once you close the window Sage doesn't retain the manual entries for the next session. Is there a way round this? We don't want to have to export to Excel every time. Hope someone can help. Thanks...

Get the same problem with demo data. Some pages are page 0 some are page 1 ???

The program was an upgrade (supplied through barclays), that is installed locally on each machine with the data held on our server.

I tried with the demo data and get the same problem!

The second PC (both infact) was installed using the upgrade CD directly on that client.

Is there any way to get committed costs on a project to show up on the cashflow. The only way we can manage so far is to manually generate a report of committed costs (doesnt always work) and enter them manually on the cashflow, updating as they become actual costs, but this is prone to (human) erro...

We would like the colour defaults (Tools>Options) the same on all client PCs. Is there a common file that stores this information that could be copied of linked from the server? Thanks.
