I took the allow overlap off Bruce as users were still using that particular layout.
I have tried what you said, Allow Overlap = true AND Align To Bottom = FALSE, this seems to be the answer. I hadn't set the latter.
Thanks again Bruce x

Re: Sage Report Designer - Print Footer on ALL Pages
Hi Bruce I am using a quote format and the "ORDER_NUMBER Footer" is what I am trying to get to print on the last page only. Your solution up there of "Allow Overlap" works well and now my 4 pages of content fits onto 2 pages. However, the footer now doesn't print at all. I don't ...

Re: Custom Label Layout
I see what you mean. They are correct too: Left Margin 4.6567mm Top Margin 15.875mm However, it is the label size and pitch that keeps defaulting, I want the measurements below, these are what come as standard for the template L7563: Width 99.060mm Horizontal Pitch 101.060mm Height 38.100mm Vertical...

Re: Custom Label Layout
Thanks for the reply
The margins are set to "0", but it still doesn't work. When I visit the Page Setup dialog box again, the labels settings have jumped back to "custom" with a height of 42.418mm, but should be 38mm.
There is nowhere where the text or the label is that large.

Custom Label Layout
Hi I am sure this is something simple, but I just can't find the solution. I need to print a list of customer addresses on the labels layout L7563, but this isn't available in our label print layout list. No problem, I can fix this (I thought), and opened an unwanted layout in report designer. I man...

Re: Message not printing
Hi Bruce I have very careefully followed the instructions on the link again. I have gone back to using the original template purchase order and have found that as soon as I put the field of "Supplier Stock Code" anywhere on the order, the message line doesn't print. What field should I be ...

Re: Message not printing
Hi Bruce I finally got around to following your instructions (I couldn't find the green folder looking icon, so clicked on the background of my layout to get the root properties). The data source section already had "True" under "Include records with no transactions. Everything else s...

Message not printing
Hi I have custom designed all of our company stationery, but have found that my purchase orders aren't printing the message line. I know I had this problem a while ago with despatch notes and found a solution online, only I can't find it now (I have been searching for 2 days). If I remember correctl...
